On September 16th the University of Milan will be the venue of the international workshop “What future for environmental and climate litigation?”

Legal scholars and professionals from several different countries, selected on the basis of a call for abstracts, will address prospects and criticalities of environmental justice, discussing the role of legal remedies in controlling environmental policies, compensating damages and fighting environmental crimes.
